Are you ready to take control of your income and step into the world of financial empowerment? RNZ Financial Services is now hiring tax professionals and new office partners for the upcoming 2025 tax season! This is a flexible contract (1099) position—no prior tax experience required. Our virtual training program begins in October 2025 and will be held every Wednesday from 8 PM to 10 PM EST. For a one-time registration fee of $249, you’ll receive access to professional training, tax software, bank products, and unlimited federal and state e-filing.

Our training covers everything from ethics and compliance to tax law, form navigation, and return preparation for individuals, sole proprietors, and LLCs. Tax professionals earn a competitive 60/40 commission split (you/RNZ) for every return funded. While clients are not provided, we equip you with the tools and support to market your services, build your client base, and grow a profitable business.

Looking to scale even bigger? We’re also seeking motivated individuals to open RNZ tax offices across the U.S.—virtually or in a physical location. Office startup packages begin at $1,749, based on your chosen compensation plan. Most of our current partners operate virtually with great success.
